Asante Kotoko communications team member Seth Nii Darko has stressed that the club continues to follow the Nana Pooley case closely and remains committed to the legal process. The Ghana Premier League giants have been seeking justice following the death of their supporter Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Nana Pooley, with proceedings still ongoing at the Sunyani court. Nii Darko explained that the club has not stepped away from the case and has been present whenever the court sets a date. "We won't leave the case alone, we follow it very well the case is still in Sunyani Court and every day we go led by lawyer Sarfo Duku. Normally, when you go, what they will say is they are waiting for a report from the attorney general, they are waiting for a forensic audit, and other things," he told Peace FM as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.com "This has been the excuses we have gotten up till date Iam speaking to you when the incident happened 2nd February that passed is exactly one year that the incident happened. "But if a case goes to the police and the government like that you suffering from the incident what you can only do is go to court when any date is scheduled apart from that it is hard to do anything different," Send your news stories to [email protected] and via WhatsApp on +233 546310076.
