NDC Ashanti Regional Chairman offers scholarship to young poet after Independence Day performance

A Class Five pupil of the Forces Basic School in Kumasi, Neriah Obeng Gyawu Afriyie, has been awarded a scholarship and an undisclosed cash prize by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Andrews Augustus Nana Kwasi, in recognition of her outstanding poetry recital during the 69th Independence Day celebration in Kumasi.
