Königsdörffer joins full Black Stars squad as preparations intensify in Vienna

Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer has joined the Black Stars camp after receiving a late call-up for Ghana’s pre-2026 World Cup friendlies against Austria and Germany. The forward has linked up with the squad in Vienna, with all 25 players taking part in Tuesday’s training session as preparations intensified ahead of Friday’s clash. Each player will be aiming to impress head coach Otto Addo as competition for places continues. The full squad present at training included Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Benjamin Asare, Joseph Anang, Patrick Pfeiffer, Derrick Luckassen, Derrick Kohn, Jerome Opoku, Caleb Yirenkyi, Kojo Oppong Peprah, Jonas Adjetey, Marvin Senaya and Gideon Mensah. Also involved were Elisha Owusu, Ibrahim Sulemana, Kwasi Sibo, Jordan Ayew, Prince Kwabena Adu, Christopher Bonsu Baah, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Antoine Semenyo, Kamal Deen Sulemana and Daniel Agyei. Deputy captain Thomas Partey, Alexander Djiku and Konigsdorffer completed the full group in camp.
