The Minority Leader in Parliament, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has assured the newly elected flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, of the support of the caucus. He said once the party has elected Dr Bawumia, the Minority has no option than to accord him the needed assistance to win the 2028 presidential election.
