Godson Kyeremeh late strike not enough as Le Havre lose to Paris FC

French-Ghanaian forward Godson Kyeremeh came off the bench to score a stoppage-time header, but Le Havre’s late push fell short in a 3–2 defeat away to Paris FC in Ligue 1. Ciro Immobile’s opener and an Ayumu Seko own goal had the hosts 2–0 up by the 33rd minute, leaving Le Havre with a mountain to climb at Stade Jean Bouin. Rassoul Ndiaye gave the visitors hope just after the hour with a well-placed header from Sofiane Boufal’s cross to make it 2–1. However, Paris FC restored their two-goal cushion in the 86th minute when Alimami Gory finished confidently after being picked out by Pierre Lees-Melou. Kyeremeh entered the fray in stoppage time and made an instant impact, rising highest in the 90+2nd minute to head in Mbwana Samatta’s cross for 3–2, but there was no time left for an equaliser. The goal continued a solid 2025/26 Ligue 1 campaign for Kyeremeh, who now has 11 appearances, 1 goal, and 1 assist. Le Havre will aim to respond when they travel to face Auxerre on Sunday, April 5.
